We would like to acknowledge Cayuga Press of Ithaca for their support of LIVE music;
they donate their expertise and state-of-the-art presses to make posters for most gigs listed
here. Getting the word out isn't easy and we really appreciate what these guys do for us.

The Rongovian Embassy |
Main St., Trumansburg |
We just played there for the inaugural celebration and our love for the old place was rekindled; we had a great crowd and a hell of a time. That was a Tuesday night and we played from 8-11. When we played there years ago the start time was 10:00 and we had trouble getting enough people through the door. Now Mike is working with us mature revelers and instead of the usual 10:00 start, we're hitting at 8:30! I know when I'm thinking of going to see a band this can make ALL the difference. |

@ Irene's Coffee House |
313 Hamilton St., Geneva |
The crowd was a little light for our debut there on April 3rd, but those who attended had a great time (including the band)! A Lot of love in the room and a nice, laid-back atmosphere.
(As the summer creeps in we may be starting closer to 9:00, but get there early and get a table – they're limited.)

Cobblestone Farm Winery Cherry Festival |
5102 Rt. 89, Romulus |
This is the 5th annual Cherry Festival. In the past, we have not been available on the Saturday and played to the lighter crowd on Sunday. We've lined up a couple other bands to share the stage with us, stretching the music to six hours (noon - 6:00).
Opening at noon is Diana Jacobs & Groove Theory (Auburn). Zydeco Trail Riders (.com) is on at 1:30 (Ithaca). The Destination is on from 3:00 - 6:00. Check out the mother site cobblestonefarmwinery.com to see what's in store. |

The Aurora Fest |
Front lawn of Wells College, State Rt. 90, Aurora |
We will be hosting a mainstage event again but with fewer bands. There will probably be a potpourri of entertainment from 5:00 - 7:00, The Heaters will play from 7:00 - 8:30, and The Destination will start their show around 9:00 (with a break around 10:00 for fireworks). The festival starts Friday night (usually with a band using the mainstage facilities), with different events all day Saturday. As information comes in about the mainstage, we will post it, but for information on the morning run, blessing of the boats, parade, etc. check out auroranewyork.us (this is the village website and as we get closer to the date you will see more info about the festival). |

Oasis Dance Club |
(Formerly The Common Ground) 1230 Danby Road, Ithaca |
We are thrilled to be kicking off a now night of LIVE music at the Oasis the first Saturday of each month (the other Saturdays are DJ nights).
The Common Ground was always a great place to eat, drink and dance, but several things have been improved and ramped-up under the new management, a bigger and improved dance floor topping that list.
The Big Shots have been laying pretty low this winter and we'll have a hell of a show for you that night.
The Destination may be the band on October 3.

Taste of the Nation |
Ithaca College Emerson Suite, Ithaca |
We did this gig for the first time last year and we're so glad we did. This is a benefit to alleviate childhood hunger (mostly locally!). The entire ballroom and hallway are filled with tables attended by local restaurants and wineries. They provide generous samples of some of their best wares and, well, I found the function also alleviated a lot of adult hunger as well! I will be attending this event yearly, one way or another. |
